| History The key to Executive Air’s success is and always has been the dedicated staff of aviation professionals. Now under the new ownership of John G. Miller, Paul Vetter & Callen (Kelly) Cermak, Executive Air will remain the leader in providing exceptional service while filling a vital local and regional air transportation role. Not only do our customers depend on us, but we are dependent on them and that continues to be our primary focus. Executive Air originally began in 1973 as an air taxi service, filling a niche in our region. The original Executive Air Taxi facility was built in 1976 which housed the administrative offices, maintenance, parts, and aircraft storage. In 1991, Executive Air expanded their existing complex as they were outgrowing their original building. This addition added much needed office space, pilot services area, fueling services office, and a very relaxing waiting area. In 1998, Executive Air acquired the former Excalibur Aviation facility in order to accommodate their expanding customer hangar and storage needs. Today, Executive Air Taxi is a full service F.B.O. (Fixed base operation) providing personal and business charters, flight instruction, aircraft management, aircraft maintenance, parts, avionics sales and service, aircraft rentals, aircraft refueling and complete flight line services. Executive Air is the region’s only authorized Bell Helicopter, Cessna, Cirrus and Beechcraft Service Center. Executive Air Taxi Corporation currently employs 26 residents of the local community. The aircraft fleet consists of a balanced mix of piston, turboprop and jet aircraft and two general aviation facilities at the Bismarck Airport. Corporate operations are currently entering their 34th year of business – accident free! The vision and focus has been and will continue to be directed at providing a first class full service aviation center at the Bismarck Airport with safety as the centerpiece and primary concern in all areas of operations. With over three decades of experience in the aviation industry, the goal remains to providing a needed service to airport users and the community while providing and creating quality jobs and generating revenue. With continued growth, Executive Air Taxi Corporation has invested over $2 million dollars in capital assets and equipment at the Bismarck Airport. Payroll has exceeded $1 million dollars locally per year. Whether a local doctor needs to get to a satellite clinic in a small neighboring town, or a local business person has to close a deal in Denver, Executive Air Taxi Corporation is able to provide an air charter service fulfilling those client needs. Our goals are built around outstanding customer service and support, and building solid business relationships. We have an outstanding team of employees making our success and dreams possible. Air charter, aircraft maintenance, aircraft rental and instruction have been the foundation of our company. These building blocks allowed us to expand our aircraft parts sales department and customer facilities in the early 90’s along with adding 24 hour fuel service to our list of customer amenities. This facility expansion not only represents Executive Air and our community, but it also portrays the commitment to passenger comfort by pilots from around the world.
